Fees shown below went into effect on February 19, 2007. Fee's may change at any time with or without notice given on this website.
For an accurate account of the fee(s) charged per Service(s) and/or Process(es) rendered, please
contact us.
If Costilla County Sheriff's Office performs a Process for you or your agency, there will also be an additional mileage fee
added to the total amount owed for services rendered. The mileage fee is not already included in the amount of each
individual Process and is an additional flat fee charged per each Process performed and/or served. The mileage fee is also described
below.
