Sexual Offender Registration is considered public record and this information is not intended to insight panic or despair. Those listed below have been convicted of a criminal sexual offense and have been required by a Court of Law to register in the State of Colorado as a Registered Sexual Offender. If you have any additional information about a Sex Offender located in your community who is not listed on this website, please contact us with this information and a Deputy will investigate the matter further. If you are a Registered Sexual Offender now within Costilla County and are required by the State of Colorado to notify your local Law Enforcement Agency of your new residence address, business address or other contact information, you are able to download the Colorado Bureau of Investigations Sexual Offender Registration Form, complete it and sign it in front of a Costilla County Deputy Sheriff or other Law Enforcement personnel and return it directly with a State or Federal Government issued photo identification card or Driver's License to Costilla County Sheriff's Office. If this form is altered in any manner and/or not signed in front of Law Enforcement personnel, it will be deemed inappropriate for registration as a sexual offender in the State of Colorado.
